Learn how to map/unmap channel products to master products manually or using an Excel sheet.
Go to Channel Products tab: Inventory > Products > Select Channel Products.
Manual Mapping/Unmapping:
- Mapping:
- To map any channel product to master product click on the Map button on the last column of that product.
- On the Map SKU Modal select SKU of master product and click on Map to map the product.
- To map any channel product to master product click on the Map button on the last column of that product.
- Unmapping:
- To unmap any channel product click on the Unmap button on the last column of that product.
- On the Unmap SKU modal click on Unmap to unmap the product
- To unmap any channel product click on the Unmap button on the last column of that product.
Bulk Mapping using excel sheet:
- Click on the Bulk Map button on the top right of the screen
- Download the sample file from the Bulk Map Products Modal
- Remove the sample data and add your data to the sample file
Click on the Browse button and select the edited file and click on Upload. Your data will be uploaded and you can see the updated result on the table.
