Yes, WareIQ sends tracking SMS on various stages to your customers. You can also choose on which stages you want to send SMS to your customers. To do this you can follow the following steps
Step 1: Go to Settings

Step 2: Click on Notifications

Step 3: Check the boxes to enable/disable notification on the event and then click Save.
You will get a confirmation message on the top right corner stating "Notification Preference Saved Successfully"
This means you are sending SMS to your customers on the checked events.
