You can cancel an order from the WebApp portal. You can cancel an orders before dispatched / handover to the courier partner. Orders cannot be cancel in In-transit stage but You can place a return order once it's delivered to the customer.


  • Bulk order cancellation- To cancel orders in bulk please follow the following steps


Step 1: Go to Orders


Step 2: Check the boxes in front of the orders you want to cancel


Step 3: Click on the Bulk Options button at the bottom and select Cancel Orders and click on Confirm in the popup


Note- A message like "Orders Cancelled Successfully" will be displayed in the top right corner, this means you have successfully cancelled the orders in bulk.
