What to do if customer has received the Damages/Shortages/wrong & Expired product.





- If any customers are complaining they are received the Damages/Shortages/wrong & Expired product, then ask them to share some basic information. 


  • Damages

          - Four images of boxes along with invoice label.

           - Video while opening the boxes.


  • Shortages/wrong 

         - Images of boxes along with shipment label. 

         - Images of product with product invoice.

         - Video while opening the boxes.

                                                 

  • Expired Product

        - Images of boxes along with shipment label. 

        - Images of product with product invoice.

        - Images of Expiry details. 


If Customers shared details are-


Valid:

Please reach out to WareIQ support on>>


Via Freshdesk:  Click on New tab >>Select new ticket >> Fill the required information and click on Create bottom.

Via Email: Write a mail to support team at [email protected] 

WareIQ support team will start the investigation and revert you with resolution.


Invalid:

WareIQ will not accept any kind of complain for further validation and clone order will be created as per the request.


TAT: 3 Days from the date order deliver, request or claim to be raised.
