Order will get process as per the SLA (service level agreement) and as of now we have two order fulfilment process-


1. Normal order Fulfillment process.

2. Rush order fulfillment process.


  • Normal order Fulfillment process

    - Any order is placed by the customer & manifest generated before 01:30 PM then the order will be processed & picked up by the courier partner on the same day.


      - And If any order is placed by the customer and manifest generated post 01:30 PM then the order will be processed & picked up by the courier partner on the next business days.



  • Rush order fulfillment process

Rush offers the same delivery the products to the customer. 


- Any order is placed by the customer & manifest generated before 02:00 PM then the order will be pick & pack and Deliver by the courier partner on the same day.



- Any order is placed by the customer & manifest generated post 02:00 PM then the order will be pick & pack and Deliver by the courier partner on the next business day.
