You can cancel an order from the WebApp portal. You can cancel an orders before dispatched / handover to the courier partner. Orders cannot be cancel in In-transit stage but You can place a return order once it's delivered to the customer.


  • Single order cancellation process:  To cancel the single order, kindly follow the below path.

    Path: Login WebApp >> Click on order tab>> Select the order which is to be cancelled >> Click on the Cancel Order button and then click on Confirm.

    After this will see a message "Order Updated successfully" in the top right corner. This means you have successfully cancelled the order.

    Select the order which is to be cancelled

    Click on the Cancel Order button and then click on Confirm
