You can can assigned or reassign the courier partner manually from your from the WebApp portal. You can't re-assigned the courier post dispatch of the product / During the In-transit state.


You can assign the courier partner by follow the below-path-


Path:  Click on Orders tab >>Click on the Order ID which is to be assigned courier partner>>Click on ship order and select the courier partner name and click on the ship order.


Click on Orders tab 


Click on the Order ID which is to be assigned courier partner 


Scroll down and click on ship order


Select the courier partner name and click on the ship order.

How to Reassign Courier partner:


Path:  Click on Orders tab >>Click on the Order ID which is to be reassigned courier partner>>Click on reassigned courier  and select the courier partner name and click on the ship order.
